Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping
A flat rate of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us safely.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
